 The SMART-C Leaders & GHG Seminar aims to support Small Island Developing States (SIDS) in the Pacific region to implement IMO instruments. The project will strengthen Member States' capacity in Port State Control (PSC) and Flag State Implementation (FSI). This workshop will provide training for public officials responsible for implementing IMO conventions and participating in IMO meetings.
